Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Canyon Park Physical Therapy seeks a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. Schedules are flexible, and students pursuing a physical therapy or pre-physical therapy degree are encouraged to apply.

The role focuses on supporting therapists, delivering patient-centered care, and contributing to a collaborative clinic environment. You will assist therapists and assistants, provide excellent customer service, and help with modalities within state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in Exercise Science, Sports Performance and Fitness preferred – students pursuing a physical therapy or pre-physical therapy degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a patient-centered team by assisting and taking direction from our Physical Therapists and/or Physical Therapist Assistants to provide great patient care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, team members and customers.
• Implement knowledge of human physiology and physical therapy interventions.
• Conduct safe application of modalities and therapeutic procedures as allowed by state laws.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
