Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Administer exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home exercises.
