Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist eligible for Texas licensure.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication with children and families.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Organized and reliable in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients to identify physical, developmental, and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to children with developmental and physical challenges.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait, and gross motor skills.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the multidisciplinary therapy team.
• Provide families with education, home exercise programs, and strategies to support continued progress outside of therapy.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate as an active member of a collaborative pediatric rehabilitation team.
• Provide compassionate, family-centered care.
