Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team just outside of Boston. We provide a full-service, multi-specialty practice with a focus on preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, in a state-of-the-art facility.

This role offers uncapped earning potential with a per diem rate of $1,000–$1,200, flexible days based on provider availability, and pathways for career growth or transition to full-time if desired.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics in the office.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
