Per diem compensation ranges from $1,000 to $1,200, with uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections; the schedule is flexible to balance professional and personal goals.

Qualifications

• Pediatric dentistry degree or specialization required.
• Active license to practice dentistry in the state where employed.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• BLS/CPR certification and Hepatitis B vaccination current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care of pediatric patients.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and treatment notes.
• Stay current with new developments and best practices.
