Job summary

TELOS Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for our outpatient team in Bradenton, FL.

This part-time position offers an opportunity to evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct OT services focused on ADLs, cognitive function, and fine motor skills in a senior living environment. You will educate residents and families, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maximize functional independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Florida.
• OTA experience in senior living or similar setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification as required by facility/state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver direct therapy to residents in a senior living setting.
