Serve Legal is recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more, reporting on the shopper experience. This is a part-time, flexible self-employed role, paid per completed audit with fees confirmed beforehand and at least the National Minimum Wage or National Living wage.

Auditors manage their own tax and National Insurance contributions, with approved purchases reimbursed in line with the assignment brief.

Responsabilidades

• Perform audits at various sites (supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops, etc.) and report on the shopper experience.
• Make a specific purchase as required and ensure accurate reporting.
• Work as a self-employed auditor, paid per completed audit with fees confirmed before each assignment.
