Job summary

Footprint Solutions seeks a Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within an assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits, store refreshes, applying security tags, taking photos via a mobile app, and reporting to the District Manager while working independently in stores.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
Update planograms and product displays.
Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
Assist with store refreshes and resets.
Apply security tags and labels.
Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
Communicate with the District Manager while working independently in stores.
