Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within the assigned territory, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You’ll work independently in stores across Monroeville and nearby towns.

The role features starting pay of $13.00 per hour, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, a flexible local schedule, early wage access, and a company match 401(k). No prior merchandising experience required; training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
