Job summary

Footprint Solutions seeks a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Conover, NC area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will visit multiple stores weekly, stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and report via a mobile app, with no experience required and virtual training provided.

Typical route averages 5 hours per week, with some areas offering up to 10 hours per week; travel time pay and mileage reimbursement are included, and you can enjoy

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
