Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations across North Carolina. You will stock shelves, refresh displays, and ensure stores meet client standards, working independently with a mobile app for reporting.

No prior merchandising experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support will be provided. The role typically involves 5–10 hours per week in local markets, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Retail merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to client standards.
• Update planograms and product displays in assigned stores.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reports as required.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels as needed.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently.
