Footprint Solutions Limited is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service local retail locations in Maxton, NC, averaging about 5 hours weekly with some areas offering up to 10 hours. You will stock shelves, update displays, and report via a mobile app.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, plus travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. The role offers flexible scheduling and on-going training, with opportunities to earn additional benefits and advance in a field-based merchandising team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations to ensure displays meet client standards.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff.
• Communicate with District Manager while working in stores.
