Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role includes updating planograms, audits, and reporting via a mobile app.

No experience required—virtual training and ongoing support provided. Route typically averages around 5 hours per week, with some areas at 10 hours weekly, including travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
