Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with increases to $14.80 after 6 months and $15.50 after 1 year, plus flexible scheduling. Route includes multiple local stores and occasional holiday increases in hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• English literacy required
• Lift up to 40 pounds with/without accommodation
• Reliable transportation for multi-location routes
• Reliable internet for job updates
• Able to learn and use company tablet for training and daily tasks
• Occasional weekends and major-holiday shifts may be required

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandise and organize product orders, and display product in greeting card departments and other venues.
• Communicate any questions or scheduling concerns with management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organization.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product setup or relocation.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
