Laundry Luv - Abilene - North 1st St is seeking a dependable Maintenance / Facility Technician to support our laundromat operations. This part-time, hybrid-remote role involves servicing commercial laundry equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring stores stay clean, safe, and fully operational for customers and staff.

The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, able to troubleshoot efficiently, and capable of traveling between store locations to respond to maintenance needs

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, equipment repair, facilities maintenance, or related field.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations and respond to urgent repair needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial washers, dryers, and laundromat equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on laundry machines and facility systems.
• Respond quickly to urgent repair requests and equipment downtime.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and operational issues.
• Maintain maintenance logs and communicate repair updates to management.
• Ensure equipment meets safety and cleanliness standards.
