Job summary

Vista Real Post Acute in Vista, CA is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our caring post-acute team. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

You will deliver nursing care per care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care consistent with residents' care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and inter-disciplinary staff
