LifeLabs Learning in New York City seeks a Learning Experience Facilitator for part‑time, hybrid work. You will deliver highly engaging workshops (virtual, in‑person, and hybrid) and tailor sessions to client needs while maintaining high standards.

Expect up to 50% travel and flexible hours with onboarding and ongoing coaching. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-facing roles, 2+ years of adult‑learning facilitation, and a Bachelor’s degree; a graduate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 2 years in a client-facing role.
• 2 years facilitating or teaching adult learners.
• Experience in people management/leadership.
• English proficiency for workshop delivery

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences using LifeLabs content.
• Create psychologically safe, inclusive learning environments.
• Facilitate workshops across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Lead panels and events; tailor experiences to client needs.
• Prepare materials and ensure tools are ready for sessions.
• Maintain high-quality audio/visual setup and reliability.
• Support last-minute client or internal needs with professionalism.
