• Assist with resumes, applications, interview prep, and on-the-job training.
• Develop individualized employment plans using a strengths-based approach.
• Conduct job searches and outreach with local employers.
• Match participants with competitive, integrated employment opportunities.
• Provide job coaching and follow-along support to promote retention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with partners.
