Job summary

Discovergoodwill in Lewiston, Idaho seeks a Part-time Employment Coach to support participant assessment, training and job readiness services. The role includes supervising and delivering employment services to program participants, with flexible shifts and travel to various work locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant assessment, training, coaching and job readiness services.
• Supervise and provide direct employment services to program participants.
• Maintain accurate case notes, service reports and time studies when applicable.
• Develop and review intake, service plans and supporting documentation.
• Provide hands-on training and support at various work locations.
• Monitor participant progress to meet goals and objectives.
• Communicate with participants, referral agencies and team members.
• Ensure paperwork is current, compliant and timely.
