Reaching Beyond Limits is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and learning disabilities in achieving meaningful employment. This role offers flexible, part-time hours with no guaranteed weekly schedule, making it ideal to supplement another job, study, or family commitments while making a real difference.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2 years' experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or ASD preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and car insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the professional strengths and weaknesses of individuals on the job.
• Plan and implement a job coaching strategy with multiple individuals.
• Discover what motivates individuals and assist them in utilizing that motivation in the workplace.
• Assist individuals in learning and excelling in their job functions.
• Plan and implement tools for individuals to succeed at work.
