Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide in-home healthcare services in Hartford City, Indiana. You can choose your days Monday–Thursday from 12-5pm, creating a flexible, part-time schedule that fits school, travel, or family time.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-step TB skin test and provide proof.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensed driver with automobile insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans while maintaining client dignity.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care prepared by the supervising RN.
• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Ensure client safety and confidentiality.
