Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Previous experience preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through assessments and examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using appropriate techniques.
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatments and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment protocols and exercises.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of rehabilitation principles related to musculoskeletal disorders

Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Compassionate approach toward patient care

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
