Zusammenfassung

Stonehill Communities—Dubuque County area—is seeking a Home Care Caregiver to visit assigned clients and provide essential personal care and support. You will observe, document, and report on client needs while delivering compassionate, dignified assistance.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, with a part-time schedule (20–59 hours per pay period). Every other weekend and holiday work is required; holiday pay is double time based on base pay.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document services provided.
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Has empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail or impaired.
• Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation.
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and proof of car insurance

Aufgaben

• Observe clients in their homes and document services provided.
• Provide personal care including baths/showers and hygiene tasks.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
• Assist residents to and from appointments and run errands as needed.
• Support continuity and safety of services across shifts.
