Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring for a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized in a fast-paced local-fulfillment environment. You will work a regulated -- at least one shift every two weeks with two shifts per month, plus onboarding and a training shift to set you up for success.

Shifts may open last minute and are scheduled via the app; you will review changes with the Site Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Able to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders through the app, pack the order and hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
