Hampton Inn Ogallala is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Clerk / Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The role offers 22–32 hours per week with pay ranging from $15.25 to $16 per hour plus a $100 hiring bonus after 90 days.

You’ll handle check-ins, reservations, breakfast service, and guest inquiries while delivering friendly and efficient service. Weekend availability is required, and growth within the Hilton brand is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify data.
• Register guests with required details.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure clean rooms.
• Assist VIP guests and event attendees for group reservations.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
