Baker’s Best Catering in the Boston area is seeking reliable part-time/on-call Event Servers to support private events that vary in size and location. You will attend to guests, assist with service, and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates have customer service skills, dependability, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods. Training is provided, and day/evening/weekend availability is welcome.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Must possess a positive attitude and passion for food and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading/loading vans.
• Setting up and breaking down tables/chairs.
• Setting tables with place settings.
• Clearing tables.
• Passing Hors d’oeuvres/drinks.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas.
• Uphold the highest level of timely customer service.
