Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Pittsburgh is hiring part-time Event Staff to support concerts, games, and other events. You will welcome guests, assist with entry, and deliver excellent customer service.

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test; may require Driver's Record check.
Professional, articulate with good independent judgment.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
Collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct venue traffic.
Follow the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
Greet guests warmly at entry points and provide a courteous farewell as you complete interactions.
Provide guests with directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
Interact with guests using a friendly, professional demeanor and clear communication.
