Job summary

Bethesda North Pointe in New London, MN is seeking a Part-Time Community Caregiver to provide a safe, home-like environment for residents. You will assist with personal cares, meals, and daily living activities under RN supervision.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, flexibility to work various shifts, and teamwork with nursing staff. Prior CNA training or agency orientation is preferred, with opportunities to contribute to life enrichment for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized nursing assistant program and in good standing with the Minnesota NA/registry; or completion of the agency orientation and training program for unlicensed personnel.
• Experience in health care or geriatrics is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares as identified in the care plan and perform assigned tasks.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
• Provide medication reminders or administration as delegated by RN.
• Prepare meals and help with daily living activities as directed.
• Observe changes in residents and communicate with RN for changes or concerns.
• Support life enrichment activities and social interaction for residents.
