Job summary

Legacy Home Care in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a flexible Caregiver to perform home care visits and assist in Assisted Living communities. This role offers part-time daytime hours and exposure to a range of residents.

You will provide personal care, help with ADLs, transfers, and companionship, while traveling within up to 35 miles from home and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Candidates must be 18+, have at least 1 year of caregiving experience (CNA a plus), pass a Nursing Assistant

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Home Care (CNA certification is a plus).
• Ability to pass a Nursing Assistant knowledge quiz.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel up to 35 miles from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, living assistance, and companionship to residents.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including dressing, eating, bathing, and socializing.
• Help residents with transfers, therapeutic exercises, and household services.
