Job summary

You’ll collaborate with a team of staff to ensure developmentally appropriate experiences, maintain records, and communicate with families while adhering to licensing regulations and program standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, or a degree with a CDA credential or state-equivalent.
• High School diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• Relevant experience with young children and licensed childcare experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid, background check, and food handler’s license.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Nurture a classroom of infants to preschoolers by setting daily routines and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Guide children through research-based activities to build curiosity and readiness for school.
• Plan hands-on activities spanning language, math, science, and social skills.
• Foster self-esteem and social-emotional growth and track milestones.
• Communicate daily progress and concerns to parents and caregivers.
