Job summary

Cub Eagan West on Cliff Road is seeking a dedicated part-time ecommerce team member to pick, pack and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed and friendly customer service to enhance the online ordering experience.

We offer a flexible part-time schedule with weekends required and opportunities to work with a collaborative team in a grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk long distances.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to communicate effectively with store staff.
• Flexible with varied part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality selection of product
• Execute on delivery times and order accuracy
• Follow department safety and sanitation programs for selection, transportation and delivery
• Observe standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality
• Effective communication with other departments and store staff
• Provide comparable products for substitution
• Prepare orders for delivery by ringing up and bagging orders in an efficient and effective manner
• Checking expiration dates throughout the store during slow periods
