Cub in Forest Lake is seeking a Part Time eCommerce team member to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery. The role emphasizes attention to detail and strong customer service to support a smooth online ordering experience.

Responsibilities include selecting quality products, meeting delivery times, maintaining safety standards, and communicating with store staff. Candidates must be able to walk, stand, and handle varying shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to interact with customers.
• Attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing.
• Ability to memorize and follow instructions.
• Reading and writing basic information for orders and tags.
• Math skills for handling totals, counts and substitutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality selection of product.
• Execute on delivery times and order accuracy.
• Follow department safety and sanitation programs for selection, transportation and delivery.
• Observe standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality.
• Effective communication with other departments and store staff.
• Provide comparable products for substitution.
• Prepare orders for delivery by ringing up and bagging orders in an efficient and effective manner.
• Checking expiration dates throughout the store during slow periods.
