Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a part-time Dishwasher at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach. You’ll support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food prep and service areas, clean equipment, and stock supplies.

Shifts are afternoon/evenings with some weekends and holidays. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment with proper chemicals to maintain sanitation.
• Restocks soap, towels, and cleaning supplies.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
