Job summary

Silver Spring Foods Inc in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (20 hours/week) to handle order processing, data entry, pricing, and promotions for customers and brokers. You will coordinate with operations, logistics, and materials staff to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

You will also greet visitors, manage front desk activities, and support Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams while maintaining strong internal communications.

• Support Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse with customer-related requests and data.
• Maintain front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling calls.
• Ensure timely communication with Logistics and Operations to fulfill orders.
