Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Construction Inspector on a 1099 contract basis in Ontario, NY. Inspect sites such as single-family homes and multi-family units, taking on-site photos to show progress and ensure alignment with lender disbursement schedules.

You will use the Pruvan app to document work, submit photos, and coordinate with the reporting team. This flexible, independent role is ideal for someone who can travel locally and manage their own schedule.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule that allows inspections as needed with notice (typically 24–48 hours).
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction is preferred.
• Device must be a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app (not older than 5 years).
• PPE gear: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties using the smartphone app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
