Qualifications

• Comfortable working in all classrooms (infant to preschool) and adaptable to changing program needs.
• Able to follow directions yet be self-sufficient, observant, and able to complete routine tasks without constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Teachers, Lead Teachers, and Administration with assigned classroom tasks.
• Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
• Follow classroom routines, policies, and Lead Teacher expectations.
• Maintain active supervision of children at all times and foster positive relationships.
• Assist with diapering, toileting, handwashing, meals, and other caregiving routines.
• Assist with transitions, opening/closing duties, and cleaning as needed.
• Support curriculum activities and classroom cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.
