Job summary

Home To Stay Home Care Solutions seeks a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Glassboro, NJ. This part-time, variable-hour role offers day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts to support seniors and disabled clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, light meals, companionship, and basic care documentation. Requires NJ CHHA certification and reliable transportation; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Active New Jersey CHHA certification
Reliable transportation to assigned client locations
Strong communication skills
Compassionate, dependable work ethic

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
Prepare light meals and support proper nutrition
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping related to client care
Provide medication reminders per the client's care plan (no medication administration unless legally permitted)
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
