Job summary

Home To Stay is seeking compassionate CHHAs to join our caregiver team in Glassboro and nearby communities in South Jersey. This part-time, variable-hour role offers day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts, with competitive hourly pay of $19.00–$22.00 based on experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, mobility, light meals, personal care, medications reminders, and documentation. Active New Jersey CHHA certification and reliable transportation are required to serve clients

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification
• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
• Prepare light meals and support proper nutrition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Provide medication reminders per the client’s care plan (no medication administration unless legally permitted)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
