Job summary

Right at Home UK is seeking Caring individuals to join our team in Bastrop, TX and surrounding areas, providing compassionate care in clients' homes in East Austin, Bastrop, Smithville, La Grange and nearby communities.

The role is part-time with flexible schedules and base pay of $15–$18 per hour. Candidates must be willing to drive up to 30 minutes to reach clients, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• CAREGIVER MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!
• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client's home

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
