Job summary

Right at Home Brenham is seeking compassionate Caregivers (HHA/PCA) in East Austin, Bastrop, Smithville, La Grange, Manor, Paige and surrounding areas. Part-time positions available with flexible schedules and supportive team culture.

Base Pay ranges from $13 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for paid orientation and ongoing training. The company offers direct deposit and driver-required roles to reach clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Provide companionship to clients and be a caring presence.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping as needed.
• Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients and bring joy and comfort.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, tidy home.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation to appointments (DL required).
• Promote positive, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff.
