Job summary

Right at Home Lino Lakes is hiring Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Minnesota. Immediate openings offer part-time shifts with flexible scheduling to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide compassionate companionship, and ensure safety while performing light housekeeping, meals, errands, and appointment attendance. Training is provided; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• HHA/PCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for clients.
• Transfer/move client safely within the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuum, dust, sweep/mop, dishes, laundry).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with range of motion exercises as prescribed.
• Provide dementia care and companionship activities.
