Right at Home in Minnesota is hiring part-time Caregivers and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain safety while promoting independence.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• 18+ years of age.
• Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility within the client’s home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, dishes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, shaving, and reminders for medications.
• Support prescribed range of motion exercises and dementia care.
• Provide companionship through reading, music, puzzles, and conversation.
