Job summary

Papa, Inc. is seeking reliable individuals to become Papa Pals in Clifton Heights, PA. You will provide part-time companionship, help around the house, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly company to older adults and families.

No prior caregiving experience is required, and you can choose from hourly visits typically 2–4 hours and set your own schedule using the mobile app.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Access to a vehicle.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind, patient and reliable person.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults.
• Assist with light housework and errands.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Use the Papa app to schedule and select hourly visit opportunities.
