Papa in Fritztown, PA is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide friendly company, light tasks, and transportation for older adults and families. Earn up to $15.00 per hour and enjoy flexible scheduling.

Choose from hourly visits via the mobile app, typically 2–4 hours each, with mileage reimbursement where available. No prior caregiving experience is required; you only need reliability and a caring attitude.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle (year) or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families.
• Assist with light house tasks and errands.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Offer friendly company and support in daily activities.
• Use the Papa app to view and select hourly visit opportunities.
