Job summary

Papa, Inc. is seeking caring Papa Pals in Laureldale, PA to provide part-time companionship, light household help, and transportation with a flexible schedule. No prior caregiving experience is required and you may earn bonuses by completing visits.

You’ll use the Papa app to select hourly visit opportunities (typically 2–4 hours) with a focus on friendly company and positive impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license and auto insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Access to a smartphone and a vehicle (year newer).

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families.
• Help around the house and run errands.
• Provide transportation when needed.
• Be a caring, friendly presence to clients.
