Right at Home Lino Lakes is hiring Part-Time Caregivers and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Rush City and nearby communities. Join a trusted home care company with over 25 years of experience dedicated to compassionate, person‑centered care.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will help with daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meals and companionship. We offer PPE, flexible scheduling, 401(k) and weekly pay to support your essential work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home.
• Performing housekeeping activities (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, laundry, cleaning bathroom).
• Preparing meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing, showering, dressing, shaving; medication reminders.
• Assisting with range of motion exercises; dementia care; companionship activities.
