Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Old Forge, PA. Earn up to $15.00/hr.

We seek reliable people who love to help others and enjoy making a difference in their community. Caregivers, known as Papa Pals, provide companionship, light housework, errands, transportation, and friendly company using a mobile app to choose 2–4 hour visits. No caregiving experience is required—life experience caring for others, staying-at-home parents, retirees, and anyone seeking meaningful, flexible

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Access to a smartphone
• Access to a vehicle year or newer
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
• Kind-hearted, patient, and reliable

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families
• Assist with light housework and errands
• Provide transportation and use the Papa app to select visits, typically 2–4 hours each
