Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Princeton, FL is hiring part-time companion caregivers. Earn up to $17.00/hr by providing companionship, light housework, errands, and transportation to seniors and families.

We welcome reliable people with a passion for helping others and a flexible schedule. No prior caregiving experience is required; applicants must be 21+ and able to obtain a background check, driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

• You must be 21 or older and able to communicate in English.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and a motor vehicle report; have vehicle insurance in your name.
• Access to a smartphone and to a vehicle (year newer).
• No prior healthcare experience required; flexible, caring individuals encouraged to apply.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families.
• Assist with light housework and errands as needed.
• Offer transportation for activities and appointments.
• Provide friendly, reliable support with a flexible schedule.
