Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Eagle Lake, FL is hiring part-time companion caregivers to visit older adults at home. Earn up to $17.00 per hour with the option of bonuses and mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, and choose from hourly visit opportunities typically 2–4 hours via the mobile app.

You can create your own flexible schedule, work two or more hours per week, and no prior caregiving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
• Consent to a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance named on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle that is [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring.
• Available to work two or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
