Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time companion caregivers to support families in Lauderhill, FL. Pay is up to $17.00 per hour, with bonuses.

You’ll provide companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation, offering friendly company to older adults in the home. Requirements: 21+, English fluency, valid US driver’s license with insurance, smartphone access, ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks; 2+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a smartphone and a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and a motor vehicle report.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring personality.
• No prior caregiving experience required.
• Available to work 2+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families, including help around the house, running errands, and transportation.
